Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Woopito. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 6-7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at emporiumanandgift@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within 6-7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Downloadable software or digital products
Items that are on sale or marked as final sale
Perishable goods
Personal care items that have been opened or used
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please:

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at emporiumanandgift@gmail.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at emporiumanandgift@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and your order details.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at emporiumanandgift@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
